These are the exact steps I wish I had when I started learning about Reiki. Reiki Course I-II is structured in a way that’s easy to understand and designed with the beginner in mind. The Course Emerged From Personal Struggle
Reiki Course I-II is the sum of all the things I wish I had when I was a confused beginner. It was a challenging time when I didn’t know how the next step should look like.
And it’s all in one place.
The reason I approached Reiki was a part need, part attraction.
I was looking to improve myself from a social standpoint while escaping the feeling of anxiety and lack of confidence. I was also very interested in spirituality and the things we don’t see, but somehow know they are there. Then again, I guess anyone considering Reiki is.
At the time, my view on Reiki was narrow and didn’t see it as a whole.
My focus was on solving the problems I had, without taking the time to understand the bigger picture.
NOTE: Focusing on specific techniques to solve certain issues is not a mistake. It does work. Sometimes it’s even better when starting out because it provides focus. But you’ll be missing out on the real power of Reiki. Just know that doing the latter is much more efficient and leads to better results.
The techniques I’ve learned were simple at first sight, but later I’ve discovered that I had no idea what I was supposed to do with them. Having everything handed to me in a short amount of time, eventually led to frustration.
I got confused, skeptical, and felt discouraged.
Even though I didn’t get much support from family and friends, I was curious enough to keep going.
Of course, I had my share of ups and downs, moments of enthusiasm, and days when I wanted to quit. Having doubts at times and being unclear of what certain techniques do, contributed to my fragile beginnings.
But, looking back, the biggest mistake I’ve made was to aim for quick results while having poor fundamentals and limited experience.
There is no rush in Reiki, that’s for sure.
How Can My Story Help
Whether you’re looking to solve some deep emotional trauma and better your relationships, escape anxiety or depression, or even solve some physical issues, you have to work on 3 things:
- Trust: in yourself and Reiki. Believe that you can find inner-healing through this process;
- Knowledge: a good understanding of the fundamentals and then, ideally, specific techniques for certain issues;
- Patience: Good things take time. In Reiki, but not limited to, you need to approach everything with clarity, trust, and patience in order to see results;
I’m sharing this with you to show that I’m nothing special. It took dedication, practice, and a bit of luck (seeing some results in the early stages), to get to where I am today.

It won’t happen overnight. But time well spent will reward the effort.

Why The Need For An Online Reiki Course
Most Reiki Masters have good intentions and are well prepared to deliver the right information.
The problem is time.
It’s physically impossible to provide the proper amount of attention each student needs in the very beginning.

We are our best teachers.

We are all familiar with the physical body. Still, in Reiki, it’s crucial to know how the energetic system looks like. This will help you understand where the universal energy flows and what happens at each level. Doing so will provide answers and support your progression in Reiki.
3 REIKI LEVEL 1: FROM PRINCIPLES TO TECHNIQUES
Here is where Reiki starts. Preparation is necessary but practicing even more so. This chapter explains the core principles, introduces hand positions, and presents the role Reiki spirit guides have.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Reiki attunement before I buy this course?
You need to have an attunement to practice Reiki. But even if you don’t, you can still follow the content and try basic techniques. Ideally, you should be able to practice while you learn, so I recommend having at least level 1.
If you don’t have an attunement, you can get one when time is right and come back to the course once you do. Being a second-time student will help crystallize the information and find clarity.
How long do I need to practice Reiki to see results?
Be mindful that results vary. There are extremes where people create mental blockages and don’t believe in themselves. That’s when it probably won’t work. On the other hand, others seek results too quickly.
The truth is that we’re all different. Some might feel the energy flowing in a couple of days, while others rarely do. Both these examples can have positive outcomes but get there through totally different experiences.
My advice is to enjoy the process instead of focusing on results. Find pleasure in practicing Reiki, get to know yourself, and seek peace of mind. These outcomes can be easily achieved. They are also very powerful because they help build a habit along with confidence.
I would count each session as a success. If you plan on doing it daily, those 30-60 minutes should be considered an achievement. That’s a result you can touch and feel. As said before, it builds self-trust. Furthermore, you can consider the 21 days of self-treatment a stage where you transition into a balanced state.
