Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after assessing the concern.
For orders that have not arrived, please report the issue within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if deemed our error, will remedy the situation at our expense.
Should an address be considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Please note that reshipment costs arising from incorrect address details will be your responsibility.
Shipments that remain unclaimed will return to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
For reasons of health and hygiene, certain sealed items, like face masks, are not eligible for return. If these are sent back, they will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.
We encourage you to choose your items carefully. Except for specific jurisdictions, we do not process refunds for buyer’s remorse. If you have questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Custom or Personalized Orders
As per the EU consumer rights directive, items that are customized or made per consumer specifications are exempted from the right of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our (ReikiScoop) part, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
At ReikiScoop, our aim is to ensure you receive products that resonate with your needs. However, we currently do not offer exchanges. If you have concerns about the product you received, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
Condition of Returned Items
For a return to be processed, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may be denied a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

ReikiScoop shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (A) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use our products; (B) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
