Generally speaking, anxiety is triggered by certain phobias, panic disorders, and fears. These can be mild or severe. What frightens me might not look the same to you. Even if we both fear the same thing, it can manifest at different levels.

Anxiety can manifest as mild forms of stress, insomnia, nervousness, or even anger.
While these can be isolated occurrences, there’s also the more serious side of the story. The latter can be the result of a shock or continuous accumulation of negativity. In this case, anxiety is a long-lasting event with severe consequences. These can vary from post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or even constant stress disorder. Other causes are not to be excluded.
Because the emotional and mental components are linked together, it’s safe to presume that these effects are build-up at the subconscious level.
So, anxiety can mean different things to different people.
But, the most common type is a constant worry.
This emotion is the effect of lacking confidence. As we learn and experience more, our self-trust grows. We become more balanced and resilient.
Panic is also a form of anxiety but slightly more severe. It’s related to an imbalance at the heart and solar plexus chakras. Still, it’s a normal reaction of our mind that manifests through our body. Panic attacks, on the other hand, are, unfortunately, a serious condition with long-term adverse effects.
It’s a fine line between feeling anxious and becoming trapped in that fear.
Working with yourself, growing your knowledge and awareness are ways to protect against such influences.
How Can Crystals Help Heal Anxiety
We function on certain frequencies or vibration levels. These can vary according to inner and outer influences. For example, when we are happy, we operate at a different frequency than when we’re sad and worried.
But we can also change this frequency through music, energy healing, and crystals.

- Even at room temperature, a real crystal is cold;
- If it’s glass, you’ll notice that it doesn’t weigh as much, and the inner texture is plain;
- Be sure to purchase from an authorized source. You can never be too careful, but usually, someone who sells crystals has a dedicated store with knowledgeable staff and good reviews;
Blue Lace Agate
Although a bit rare and small in size, this stone offers a soothing effect even by looking at it. It has a beautiful light purple-blue color that resonates with the throat chakra.
It’s very efficient in dissolving communication blockages and helping verbalize your feelings harmoniously. This will enable you to find peace and lower your anxiety levels.
This is an exceptional stone for anxiety because it offers protection and grounding.
It’s an absorbent of negative energies.
Few people know that it provides a calming effect through its properties. It helps diminish stress, tension, and fear.

Amethyst stimulates the activation of the third eye and crown chakras. Through this process, it enhances intuition, mental clarity, and wisdom.
Even with its simple presence, this crystal gradually disintegrates anxiety. It removes mental and emotional stress while offering calm and awareness.
It amplifies the flow of the universal life force energy and increases the potential for healing on all levels.
Blue Kyanite is a beautiful stone that resembles a blend of amethyst and lapis lazuli. It resonates with the throat and third eye chakras. This means that it encourages us to express our feelings honestly and harmoniously. In turn, this dissolves emotional and mental blockages.

How To Cleanse Your Anxiety Crystals
Our crystals can naturally become “stained” with residual energies.
Therefore, it’s good practice to cleanse them from time to time.
This will remove negative energies and activate them so we can enjoy their full potential.
This is the simplest way to cleanse your anxiety crystals.
Place it under a flow of lukewarm water for a couple of minutes and rub it with your hands. Visualize how it regains its vitality while all residual energies disappear.
Place the crystal on coarse salt for no more than 2 hours. The salt will absorb all negative energies.
This is a great way to cleanse not only your crystals but the room as well.
Use frankincense, myrrh, palo santo, sage, or whatever incense you prefer. Smudge your crystals for a few minutes, and they will be as good as new.
Place your anxiety crystals next to high vibrational music. This will dismantle negative programs and gradually cleanse their aura.
I believe this to be the most efficient method of all. Of course, you can use it in combination with any of the above.
Activate your palms and hold the crystal for 5-10 minutes. Apply the Reiki symbols you have access to for an increased effect.
Using Reiki And Crystals For Anxiety Issues
Anxiety can be addressed in many ways. Reiki and crystals can help you do that in an optimal way.
The Reiki self-treatment is the core of the practice. Done with consistency, it can help heal a multitude of emotional imbalances, including anxiety.
Reiki cleanses your energetic body, raises your vibration, and grows your awareness.
Adding crystals to the mix will only enhance these effects because they have the power to amplify the flow of the universal life force energy.
With the right intention and crystals for anxiety, you can create a dynamic mix of healing energies.
Unfortunately, anxiety has the power to generate deep “energetic holes”. These emerge in your emotional and mental structures. If left untreated, they can become gateways to negative energies that will later manifest in your life.
Addressing your anxiety, especially in its early stages or even if it’s non-existent, it’s a smart way to prevent future, unwanted outcomes.
